FAQ
Questions from the award floor.
How long does it take?
Each launch-order kit is manually prepared within one day after checkout, then delivered privately when ready.
Can I include an inside joke?
Yes. It is optional, and we use it only to prepare the recipient’s award. Keep it affectionate—funny should still feel good to receive.
What is the difference between gentle and playful?
Gentle is warm praise with a wink. Playful adds a little more ceremony and silliness. Neither option is meant to embarrass the recipient.
Do you offer physical trophies?
Not yet. Physical trophies are a future possibility, pending responsible sourcing and fulfillment checks.
